Module 1 (core) now includes all these features:
1.) Manages thousands of blogs just by adding content once.
2.) Full support of in post advertising.
3.) “Parts” so everyone can have different post structures.
4.) Easier on the eyes admin panel.
5.) You have total control over the timing (via cron jobs).
Module 1 does require that your host has php5+ (almost all do now). During this beta release there is only 1 part available, and we may re-release the script with changes requiring you to re-download and upload the files again.
Here is how you get it:
1.) You join Niche Site Special 2 (it’s included).
2.) Wait for the public release and pay full price ($67)

Hey Ed, long time no see. I don’t really understand the offer here. I still have access to NSS2 from 2008 when I joined (been away for far too long)… But I think your readers might be confused, because I know I am.
How do we get the other modules? Will they be sold separately?
I think there are two levels of NSS2 membership, free and paid (correct?)
I don’t have a whole lot of free time to spend on NSS2 at the moment, but am doing 30DC again this year and I think this Power Up Wordpress would be an awesome tool to get my hands on… I will try to figure out the benefits of buying it separately versus getting it with the NSS2 upgraded membership.
Will the NSS2 membership get me access to PUWP Modules 2 – 4 as well? Or just Module 1?

I’m not 100 percent sure about the future modules beyond module 2. Module 2 will be a series of scripts that will pull content and dump them into module 1. Probably only of interest to black hatters that are looking for even more automation.
I really consider module 1 to be a pretty white hat tool since you have full control over the content. That changes when you add in module 2. I’m planning to put module 2 into NSS 2 as well.
Module 3 is going to be a subscription – but very affordable since I’m just looking to cover bandwidth and support time. Almost free for NSS 2 members.
I’m not even sure what module 4 is going to be at this point

Yes there are two (well three) levels to NSS 2. Free, white hat, and black hat. To get in the whitehat side you have to come from a special link – the black hat side you have to pay for. I’m not sure where you fall.
I am confused over this offer, as well. It appears you can buy the standalone product for (currently) $37, but without joining NSS 2.
Is that correct?
I’ve joined the free version btw. And I’ve followed you for a very long time, Website Monthly and 98%.
I would like to purchase this, but as expressed by the previous reader, I just don’t have time right now for fully participating in another membership.

@leanne Yes you can purchase module 1 as a stand alone product. However, if your interested in NSS 2 – it’s included.
Lot’s of people don’t like recurring subscriptions so when I can I like to give a separate option.
Well I’m not sure about wordpress direct being cost effective – seems pretty steep cost wise if you are scaling out.
I haven’t used it – so I can’t compare it content wise. My guess is it’s pulling junk in like the others I’ve tried in the past and then you have to edit it.
The auto “pulling” in of content will be in module 2. I’m still not happy with the control on bringing in good content – automation only makes sense if you can use what your automating.
Bought the package and still trying to figure out the mechanics. You mentioned about enabling xml.rpc in your Operations video, of which is alien to me so did a little search.

I’m pretty sure I actually “SHOW” how to do that. But for anyone who missed it – under “options –> writing” there is a check box to enable xml-rpc
Well folks we are officially out of beta, and out original testers and new folks have all kicked some tail with the first couple parts released (there are more coming).
I’m going to leave this up for a few more days – then the order button goes away and everyone is stuck with the ‘normal’ price.
