Dixie Willis is a spiritual life coach, Reiki master, and author offering coaching, mediumship, and energy healing sessions online. Her site needed to convert to WordPress without losing the calm, personal feel her practice is built on.
The Challenge
Dixie’s practice depends on trust — clients are booking coaching, mediumship, and healing sessions, often during vulnerable moments in their lives. The site needed to carry that same warmth and credibility after moving onto a new platform, without disrupting the service pages, articles, and lead-capture flow her existing clients and readers already relied on.
The conversion also needed to preserve everything already working — her book promotion, guided-meditation opt-in, and podcast and article archive — while giving her a platform she could maintain and grow long-term.
The Approach
PowerUp rebuilt the site in WordPress, carrying over the full service catalog, book showcase, and article library while refining the layout for clarity and an easier path from browsing to booking. A guided-meditation lead-capture flow was rebuilt directly into the new site alongside her existing discovery-call booking link.
