The Challenge

Interactivity Foundation runs several distinct programs at once — the Collaborative Discussion Project, Sustained Discussions, Community Conversations, coach certification training, and a steadily growing library of discussion resources and facilitation plans — each serving a different audience, from educators to community organizers to workplace teams.

The site needed to make all of that legible without becoming overwhelming: a flexible structure that could hold a lot of content and keep growing, without turning into a maze.

The Approach

Built in partnership with Ruzer Design, who led the visual identity and brand direction, PowerUp handled the WordPress architecture and development — structuring content so IF’s team could keep publishing new resources, events, and programs on their own, without needing a developer for routine updates.

What We Built

A platform built to hold a growing program.

Filterable resource library

A searchable library of facilitation plans and discussion resources, organized for educators, community leaders, and workplace teams.

Events & program integration

An integrated events calendar supporting registrations for coach trainings, webinars, and community discussion clubs.

Multi-program structure

Distinct, navigable sections for each ongoing program — Collaborative Discussion, Sustained Discussions, Community Conversations, and the Academy.

Newsletter integrations

Two separate Substack newsletters connected directly into the site for different audiences.

The Result

We love the new focus, look, and function of our website, and we whole-heartedly recommend PowerUp Productions for anyone needing help with their website — whether they need just a few technical tweaks or, as in our case, a complete make-over.

Have a project with this many moving pieces?

Complex content, multiple audiences, room to grow — that's exactly the kind of project we like.
