Potter's Crackers
Case Study · eCommerce
An organic cracker company's storefront, built to sell online and in stores.
Potter's Crackers hand-rolls organic crackers, crisps, and oyster crackers in Wisconsin. Their site needed a storefront that could sell direct to consumers while still pointing local shoppers toward the retail partners already carrying their products.
The Challenge
Potter’s needed to sell direct-to-consumer online without undercutting or confusing their existing retail and wholesale relationships. The site also needed to do double duty as a content hub — pairing suggestions and recipes — to keep customers coming back between purchases, plus support for seasonal promotions and coupons.
The Approach
PowerUp built a WooCommerce storefront with a full product catalog, a pairings-and-recipes content hub, and a “Where to Buy” retail locator so in-store and online shopping work together instead of competing. Coupon and promotional tooling was built in to support seasonal offers like their anniversary releases.
